limit\u00e9 son utilisation \u00e0 des objets de luxe.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Quelques dates marquantes :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> *1821 : d\u00e9couverte du minerai rouge auquel on lui attribua le nom de \u00ab BAUXITE \u00bb qui<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Va s\u2019imposer comme le principal minerai d\u2019aluminium.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> * 1886 : d\u00e9couverte du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production industriel de l\u2019aluminium par le Fran\u00e7ais paul Hrault et l\u2019Am\u00e9ricain Charles Martin Halles. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 consiste en la dissolution de l\u2019ALUMINE dans en fusion. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est toujours utilis\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nos jours.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> * 1887 : cr\u00e9ation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ELECTROMETALLURGIQUE Fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 Forg\u00e9s \u00e9quip\u00e9e des premi\u00e8res cuves de fabrication industrielle d\u2019aluminium \u00e9lectrolytique.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> *1888 : naissance des premi\u00e8res compagnies en France, Suisse et USA.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> *1907 : d\u00e9marrage de l\u2019usine de Saint jean de Maurienne (France-Savoie). Les principales r\u00e9serves mini\u00e8res \u00e0 fortes concentration d\u2019alumine se situent en Am\u00e9rique centrale, en Afrique et en Australie.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) La production de l\u2019aluminium : la bauxite est attaqu\u00e9e par de la soude \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et sous forte pression\u2026Une poudre blanche \u00ab alumine \u00bb est alors obtenue apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9barrass\u00e9e des impuret\u00e9s. La production d\u2019alumine est concentr\u00e9e autour des zones d\u2019extraction de minerai.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019Australie est le premier producteur mondial devant la Chine et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du sud.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) L\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse : l\u2019alumine est vers\u00e9e dans un bain de cryolite et de divers sels port\u00e9 \u00e0 960\u00b0c.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">La cuve est travers\u00e9e par un courant \u00e9lectrique de haute intensit\u00e9. Par ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse l\u2019aluminium liquide se d\u00e9pose au fond de la cuve et il pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 par siphonage et conduit en fonderie pour traitement (addition d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le magn\u00e9sium, silicium, mangan\u00e8se, cuivre, fer etc. et obtenir ainsi des alliages selon les utilisations futures de l\u2019aluminium.) et mis en forme (billette, lingots, plaques fils etc\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">En guise de conclusion pour ce premier proc\u00e9d\u00e9, tous les sp\u00e9cialistes s&rsquo;accordent \u00e0 dire que celui\u00ad ci est ONEREUX (\u00e9nergivore c\u2019est \u00e0 dire grand consommateur d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie) et POLLUANT (d\u00e9gagement de\u00a0 C02).Tout en ayant pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit le rep\u00e8re suivant:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">IL faut avoir 4 Tonnes de bauxite pour obtenir 2 Tonnes d\u2019alumium\u00a0 desquels on extrait par \u00e9lectrolyse<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 Tonne alumium primaire.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les r\u00e9serves\u00a0 de bauxite sont \u00e9puisables toutes les grandes puissances comme les \u00c9tats-Unis d\u2019Am\u00e9rique, le Canada, la Chine, la Norv\u00e8ge, l\u2019Australie et la Russie se sont lanc\u00e9s depuis des ann\u00e9es dans des recherches pour aboutir \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation d&rsquo;une nouvelle technologie de production de L&rsquo;ALUMINE\u00a0 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;autres mati\u00e8res autre que la BAUXITE.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui les scientifiques russes en collaboration avec RUSAL (soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Russe qui s&rsquo;occupe de l&rsquo;exploitation de plusieurs gisements de bauxite \u00e0 travers le monde) sont proches des r\u00e9sultats recherch\u00e9s \u00e0 savoir la production de l&rsquo;alumine \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;argile<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">La premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rimentation de ce nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 aura lieu dans le premier trimestre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2016 et si les r\u00e9sultats sont concluants RUSAL va lancer les travaux de construction d&rsquo;une usine adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la nouvelle technologie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le deuxi\u00e8me proc\u00e9d\u00e9 appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0seconde fusion ou \u00a0\u00bb Recyclage\u00a0\u00bb qui consiste \u00e0 refondre apr\u00e8s tri des d\u00e9chets, d\u00e9bris et r\u00e9sidus d&rsquo;aluminium r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s sur des objets en fin de vie (b\u00e2timent, automobile, emballages) ou proviennent des usines de production et de transformation d&rsquo;aluminium.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le recyclage est essentiel pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable. IL permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser les ressources et de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets .L&rsquo;aluminium est 100% recyclable, infiniment et sans perte de ses qualit\u00e9s physico-chimiques.
